Hybrid Coverage by a Single Operator – What to Expect

Hybrid coverage refers to a streamlined service where one professional captures both still photographs and short video clips during your event or session. This approach is designed for highlight delivery only, offering a dynamic way to relive key moments without the complexity or cost of a full production crew.

Here’s what this includes:

• Still Photography: High-quality images captured throughout the event, focusing on key moments, portraits, details, and candids.

• Short Video Clips: Brief, visually engaging video segments (typically 3–10 seconds each) taken sporadically during the coverage to be used in a highlight reel or social media teaser.

• No Long-Form Video or Audio: This service does not include full ceremony or speech recordings, interviews, or synced audio. There is no continuous video recording or sound capture — just short clips to complement the photos visually.

• Single Operator: One professional will alternate between shooting stills and capturing video moments, meaning they will be moving quickly and efficiently to get a good variety of both formats without duplicating full coverage in either.

• Add a second crew member to remain on-site from 08:30 to 22:00

• Enables comprehensive coverage of all event moments, including parallel sessions, audience reactions, and in-between details

• Allows for more extensive photography and/or continuous video capture, depending on your needs
